More About Me

I believe that knowledge, understanding, listening, and patience are attributes that help create a successful Real Estate endeavor. Negotiating difficult or complex transactions are part of this equation to create a satisfactory outcome. Expertise comes from advanced training and experience; it's why I have pursued and received some of the highest national designations attainable. I have been a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and a Certified Residential Broker (CRB) since 1995.

Marketing your home from list date through closing is an effort of coordination, logistical insight and knowledge. Selling a home is more than a sign and a nice flyer - its hard work, negotiation skills, and patience. Most important is prioritizing your wants and needs to make the selling of your home a positive and fiscally beneficial experience. Throughout the past 13 years, I've achieved success for my clients in the greater Bellevue area via the effective marketing and sales negotiation skills described above.

I was a Physicians Assistant (PA-C) for over 18 years in Eastern Washington. I was involved with the WAMI program teaching Family Practice to medical students. I entered Real Estate in 1989. Always at least a top 10% or better in my medical training classes and Real Estate, I understand the value of education. I earned my Brokers License in 1995 and I am continually upgrading my knowledge in the market!

My vision is to give my clients all that can be gained from my knowledge of the marketplace. Through experience and insight I am able to quickly recognize changes in the market and pass that valuable information onto my clients. Listening is a vital part of how I work. I recognize buying or selling a property is not about me, but about you and about getting you where you want to be. Knowing that I am helping my clients achieve their goals is my passion. Integrity throughout all stages of a client relationship is my #1 priority.
